You can enroll in a health insurance plan for the next calendar year during the annual Open Enrollment Period. The 2027 Open Enrollment Period runs from November 1, 2026 to December 15, 2026. Enroll by December 15, 2026 for coverage that starts January 1, 2027.

Looking for 2026 coverage? You may still be able to enroll in a Marketplace health insurance plan for 2026 if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. You're eligible if you have certain life events, like getting married, having a baby, or losing other health coverage.
